How do I cancel an order on ShagunGifts?

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 1 hour of placing it. Simply email us at shagungiftsbilaspur@gmail.com with your Order Number mentioned in the subject line.

⚠ Note: Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
❌ Personalized product orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is placed.

 

Replacement Policy:

🔴 Mandatory: Please record an Unboxing Video from the moment the outer courier package is shown till the final product is fully visible.

 Without this unboxing video, no complaints will be entertained – no exceptions.

 

✅ Products are eligible for replacement only if received in a damaged or defective condition. You must report the issue to us within 3 hours of delivery.

➡ A replacement will be sent after confirmation, with shipping charges applicable. Please ensure the original product tag and packaging is intact for the return pickup.

❌ Returns are not applicable on any orders, as all items are customized.

 

Our team takes utmost care in ensuring quality packaging and safe delivery, especially for fragile items. Still, if damage occurs during transit, please reach out to us within 2 hours of receiving the product.

Refund Policy:

❌ No refunds will be issued as all orders are personalized and made just for you.

We commit to delivering high-quality, accurately customized products. If there's a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. We will evaluate your case and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or correction.
