By using the shopping services of FrameKaaro (a brand of Shagun Gifts), you (the customer) are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below.
Shagun Gifts reserves the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms at any time. Customers are advised to read them carefully every time they use our services.

1. General

FrameKaaro is a brand owned and operated by Shagun Gifts, specializing in customized corporate, promotional, and personal gifting solutions.

By placing an order, the customer authorizes Shagun Gifts to process the order and arrange delivery.

Shagun Gifts acts solely as a service provider and is not a buyer or seller of third-party branded products. All transactions occur between the customer and the vendor/brand.

2. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are mentioned in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST.

Applicable GST (5%, 12%, 18%, or 28%) is calculated based on the product category.

Shagun Gifts is fully GST compliant.

3. Delivery

Orders placed before 2 PM are processed within 24–48 hours.

FrameKaaro (Shagun Gifts) is not responsible for delivery delays due to:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Public holidays, strikes, curfews, natural disasters, or government restrictions

Rejection by recipient or unavailability

Courier company policies


Undelivered or rejected parcels returned to us may still be chargeable.

Delivery typically takes 4–10 working days, depending on your location and product availability.

4. No Return Policy

As all products are customized with your logo, name, or design, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Orders cannot be cancelled after placement. However, change requests are allowed within 2 working hours of placing the order. We will try to accommodate the changes but cannot guarantee them.

5. Product Availability & Substitution

Products are delivered as shown or described on the website and from listed sources.

In case of unavailability, customers will be informed to modify or wait for their order.

If a perishable item risks spoilage, FrameKaaro reserves the right to substitute it with a similar non-perishable item.

6. Liability & Responsibility

We are not liable for:

Mismatches in product quality expectations

Damages caused after delivery or by the receiver

Mistaken identity issues during delivery


Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product.
All services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

FrameKaaro does not claim ownership over any trademarks or brand names featured in our catalog or website. They remain the property of their respective owners.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.

10. Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, the following is mandatory for replacement:

A full and uncut video of the parcel being opened from the beginning (before breaking the seal) to the end.

The video must clearly show:

Outer packaging

Shipping label

Damaged or incorrect item


No replacements will be provided without this unboxing video under any circumstances.


This policy ensures fairness, transparency, and helps prevent misuse or false claims.
