Shagun Gifts is committed to delivering your order in the fastest possible time, while maintaining high-quality packaging standards.
All online paid orders are typically shipped within 24–48 hours, and delivered within 5–8 working days from the date of dispatch.
🔴 IMPORTANT: Please ensure you record an unboxing video from the moment you receive the sealed courier package until the product is completely shown.
Without this video, no complaint will be entertained – no exceptions.
Shipping Schedule:
We ship orders throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays, during normal working hours.
To ensure timely and safe delivery, we partner with reputed courier services like DTDC, Bluedart, and Delhivery.
In case your area is not serviceable by private couriers, we may attempt delivery via India Post (Govt. Registered) — though this is not guaranteed.
Delivery Charges for Multiple Items:

🚚 The shipping charge is fixed, regardless of the number of items in your order.
💰 All prices are inclusive of GST as per Indian government regulations. Shagun Gifts is fully GST compliant.
Estimated Delivery Timelines (from Dispatch Date):
Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 3–6 working days
Rest of India: 5–8 working days

Delivery Address:
All orders are delivered to the address provided by you at checkout.
For remote areas or non-serviceable locations, the recipient may be required to collect the package from the nearest courier center.
What if the product is damaged on arrival?
If you receive a damaged item or if the outer packaging appears tampered or broken, please follow these steps:
1. Do not open the package without recording a full unboxing video.
2. Contact us within 2 hours of receiving the package.
3. Email us at shagungiftsbilaspur@gmail.com with your Order ID, or call us at +91 9575113650 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM).
We will arrange a reverse pickup and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Please ensure the original product tags and packaging are intact when returning the item.
